RC38 CX80 is a green, anaerobic adhesive for mounting cylindrical parts (bearings, rings, gears, pulleys, sprockets) with very high strength. The product hardens when enclosed between metal surfaces without access to air, creating a durable, vibration-resistant bond that is virtually permanent.

The agent provides high bonding strength, corrosion protection and vibration resistance, and additionally improves the even distribution of stresses in the seating area. Initial bonding usually occurs within approx. 15 minutes, the adhesive reaches full strength after 24 hours, and the temperature resistance range is approximately -55°C to +150°C.

It is used for:

permanent mounting of bearings, gears, pulleys, sprockets, hubs and rings on shafts and in sockets,
securing rotating elements against movement and rotation on the shaft,
increasing the load capacity of press-fit/cylindrical connections in engines, gearboxes and industrial machinery.

RC38 CX80 is selected when a very strong, practically non-removable fastening of cylindrical parts is required, resistant to high loads, vibrations and temperature.
