CX80 CERACX SYNTHETIC GREASE is a multi-purpose calcium grease based on a calcium sulphonate complex, designed for extremely harsh operating conditions, high loads and constant contact with water. It is ideal for use in steelworks, paper mills and heavy construction machinery, where ordinary greases are washed out or overheated.

For extreme loads and impacts – natural EP and anti-wear properties, weld load approx. 400 kg (4-ball test).

Exceptional resistance to water (including seawater) – the consistency remains virtually unchanged even with a high inflow of water; very good anti-corrosion properties (SKF EMCOR 0–0).

Wide operating temperature range – from approx. -35°C to +190°C; after cooling, the grease regains its original, smooth texture.

Thermal and mechanical stability – high shear stability, no tendency to separate when operating under severe conditions.

Free from heavy metals – contains no lead or other heavy metals harmful to health and the environment.

Industrial applications – continuous casting lines, rolling mills in steelworks, bearings in wet and dry sections of paper mills, heavy road and construction machinery operating in damp, dusty and high-temperature conditions.

Suitable consistency for maintenance and centralised lubrication – brown, smooth grease, NLGI Class 1–2 (commercially NLGI 2), good pumpability.
