CX80 BONDICX 48 50g is a flexible, industrial-grade cyanoacrylate adhesive designed for fast and very strong bonding of materials exposed to vibration, deflection and thermal expansion differences. It is based on ethyl cyanoacrylate, but unlike typical "brittle" instant adhesives, it forms a joint with increased flexibility and very good peel resistance.
The adhesive has medium/increased viscosity (approx. 250–350 mPa·s), thanks to which it fills gaps up to approx. 0.15 mm well, while remaining convenient to apply to small and medium-sized surfaces. It creates a transparent joint, achieves initial strength after just 1–25 seconds (depending on the materials), and full strength after approx. 24 hours, ensuring high shear strength (approx. 15–25 N/mm² for steel) and very good tensile strength when bonding technical rubbers, e.g. NBR.
