AUTO WELD CX80 is a two-component cold welding epoxy resin designed for joining and repairing all hard surfaces, especially in automotive applications (engine blocks, cylinder heads, tanks, cooling systems, metal components).
After mixing both components in a 1:1 ratio, a compound is formed which fills gaps and cavities and then hardens at room temperature, creating a very strong mechanical "metal weld". The hardened resin can be drilled, sanded, milled, threaded and painted, and its temperature resistance reaches up to approx. 300°C, which allows it to work in harsh conditions under the bonnet.
