CX80 Zinc Spray 500 ml is a quick-drying protective aerosol coating designed for long-term protection of metal against corrosion. It is ideal as a protective layer on components exposed to moisture and weather conditions, both in the automotive industry and in construction work.
The product forms a smooth, matt grey zinc-based coating which, once dry, can be easily painted over with all types of paint. The dry layer contains up to 90% zinc, which ensures high corrosion resistance and very good adhesion to the substrate. Zinc Spray conducts electricity, allowing coated surfaces to be welded without removing the coating.

The product is particularly recommended as a protective and primer coat for car body repairs and for the maintenance of structures exposed to water and salt.
Before use, shake the can thoroughly, clean and degrease the surface, then apply the product evenly from the recommended distance, creating thin layers. Once dry, a durable, protective zinc coating is obtained, which can be additionally varnished to increase the mechanical resistance and aestheticsof the protected element.
