ON RUST ICE is a specialised rust remover with a freezing effect that extremely cools corroded, seized components down to approximately -39°C, making them easier to loosen and dismantle. The product is designed for the most demanding screw connections and metal parts where classic rust removers prove insufficient.
The product works in two stages: first, it rapidly lowers the temperature of seized components, causing microcracks in the rust layer, and then penetrates deep into the resulting microcracks as a lubricating penetrator. This significantly reduces friction, allowing corroded parts to be unscrewed or dismantled more safely, reducing the risk of them breaking off.

To use the product, roughly clean the area of dirt, then spray the corroded connection generously and wait a moment for the product to cool the component and penetrate the thread. After a few minutes, it is usually much easier to unscrew the bolt or remove the part, and the application can be repeated if necessary.
ON RUST ICE is an excellent choice for severe cases of corrosion, especially where access is difficult and the risk of breaking the injector or spark plug is high.
