Product description
The BMMTOOLS 5700 Series 90° conical countersink is a precision cutting tool made from high-speed steel ( HSS), designed for creating conical countersinks for screw heads, rivets, and for chamfering and deburring the edges of holes in metals.
The standard Weldon shank ensures a secure, non-slip fit in milling chucks and ER collets, which is crucial when working at high speeds and with high feeds. The three-edged geometry ensures smooth cutting, low vibration and a high-quality recessed surface finish without the need for further finishing.
The tool complies with the requirements of DIN 335 Form C, ensuring full interchangeability with tools from other manufacturers and facilitating use in mass production and CNC machining.
