The PRO X-Rocker retractable tape measure is a range of advanced measuring tools available in 5 m and 8 m variants, with a wide 32 mm tape. The tape’s high rigidity ensures a long unsupported reach — up to 50% of the tape measure’s total length — allowing the tool to maintain a straight, stable shape even when used by a single person, without the tape resting on any surface.
The movable, reinforced tape hook is fitted with two strong magnets, secured by four rivets — this design allows for secure attachment to a steel surface on both sides of the hook. The tape is printed on both sides with a scale visible from either side, making it easy to read regardless of the tape’s position relative to the user. In addition, the protective nylon coating increases the tape’s resistance to scratches and rust, extending its service life in more demanding working conditions.
The ergonomic case, made from ABS + TPR with a rubber coating, has a non-slip body, which enhances safety even when working whilst wearing gloves. The model is fitted with a clamping brake, a buffer to absorb the impact of the tape as it retracts, a durable metal belt clip and a convenient wrist strap. The scale is manufactured to Class II accuracy (maximum error of ±1.3 mm for the 5 m version and ±1.9 mm for the 8 m version).
The 5 m version is a versatile tool for everyday assembly and construction work, whilst the 8 m model is ideal for measuring larger rooms and structures, where the tape’s rigidity helps maintain precision even without full support.
