Product description
The spring washer to DIN 127 is a split retaining element used in bolted joints. Its spring-loaded design increases the clamping force in the joint and helps to reduce the risk of the nut or bolt self-loosening under the influence of vibrations, shaking and variable loads.
The washer is made of steel and coated with a layer of zinc. The zinc coating provides basic protection against corrosion under typical operating conditions. The component is designed for use with bolts, nuts and threaded rods of the appropriate metric size.
Variants ranging from M4 to M36 allow the washer to be selected for a wide range of standard technical assemblies. Depending on the variant, the washer is available as type A or type B, differing in height.
