The PRO B7 series folding ruler is a classic measuring tool made from beech wood, available in 1 m and 2 m variants. It is ideal for carpentry, construction and finishing work, as well as for any measurement task where a rigid, straight-running scale is required, without the need for support or batteries.
The tape measure features a double-sided millimetre scale, coated with a layer of water-based paint and a double layer of varnish, resistant to scratches, abrasion, splashes, the adverse effects of sub-zero temperatures and UV rays. The slats are 3.2 mm thick, and the face width is 16 mm. The scale is manufactured to Class III accuracy, typical for wooden rulers in this segment.
The joints are made of plastic, and their ends are protected by a brass anti-corrosion coating. The joints are integrated directly into the ruler’s profile, allowing a continuous line to be drawn without any breaks — an essential feature when marking out straight lines on material. Protractors are fitted to the end joints, allowing the arms to be precisely set at angles of 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°, which further extends the use of this measuring tool beyond mere length measurement.
The 1-metre version is compact and fits easily into a toolbox, whilst the 2-metre version is the standard length, suitable for most everyday measuring tasks and for marking out angles.
