CX80 high-speed bearing grease is a premium-grade specialist bearing grease designed for use at high rotational speeds, under heavy loads and at elevated temperatures. It is intended for use in fan bearings, electric motors, industrial machinery, and wheel bearings and systems exposed to vibration.
It is a complex lithium (or polyurethane, depending on the version) grease based on selected mineral oils and EP additives, which:

operates in a wide temperature range, typically from approximately -25°C to +220°C,
-
has very good adhesion to metal and high resistance to water washout,
-
has very high resistance to ageing and oxidation, which extends the period between relubrications,
-
achieves a bearing speed factor DN of at least 500,000, making it suitable for high-speed bearings.
Applications include:

bearings in fans, electric motors, dehumidifiers, conveyor belts,
-
ball, roller and needle bearings in industrial, mining and construction machinery,

wheel bearings and components exposed to vibration and water.
CX80 high-speed bearing grease is recommended where reliable lubrication is required at high temperatures, high speeds and heavy loads, while at the same time extending bearing life and ensuring quieter machine operation.
