The PRO Milestone One tape measure is a range of measuring tools in a distinctive red and black colour scheme, available in four variants: 3 m x 16 mm, 5 m x 19 mm, 5 m x 25 mm and 8 m x 25 mm. The tape’s high rigidity ensures a long reach without support — up to 50 per cent of the tape’s total length — making it easier to take measurements independently without resting the tape against a surface.
All versions of the tape measure feature a protective nylon coating, which increases resistance to scratches and rust, as well as double-sided printing – with both vertical and horizontal scales – so that the reading can be taken regardless of the tape’s orientation. The ergonomic casing has bevelled edges and a ribbed side insert, preventing the tape measure from slipping out of your hand — essential when working with gloves or in damp conditions.
The design includes an additional finger recess, which makes it easier to extend the tape with one hand, and a recessed button ensuring full control over retraction. All models feature a precision reverse brake — it automatically locks the tape as it is extended, eliminating the need to hold the brake manually whilst measuring. The tape measure is also fitted with a bumper to absorb the impact of the tape as it retracts, and a durable metal belt clip. The scale is manufactured to Class II accuracy.
The shorter 3 m x 16 mm version is ideal for quick assembly jobs, whilst the 5-metre models (19 mm and 25 mm) are a versatile choice for everyday work, whilst the 8 m x 25 mm version, with its reinforced, wider tape, is designed for measuring larger rooms and building structures.

Tips for use: use the finger recess to conveniently extend the tape with one hand. Remember that the reverse brake locks the tape automatically once it has been pulled out — to release it, use the button with the recess, controlling the rewind speed.
