ISO-DICHT yellow tape, 60 mm x 40 m, isa professional,high-strengthlongitudinal bondingtape, designed for the durable and airtight sealing of vapour barriers and membranes in the construction industry. It is ideal for interior finishing, loft conversions, dry-out installation and refurbishment projects – wherever a tight seal between insulation layers is required.
The tape is solvent-free, provides a permanent seal and is resistant to ageing – it does not lose its elasticity or dry out, retaining its properties over the long term. It ensures maximum adhesion even at low external temperatures and on slightly damp substrates, making it a successful alternative toheat-sealingfilm. It is used for hermetically bonding vapour barriers at overlaps, PE film, OSB boards butt-jointed, soda paper, non-woven fabrics and aluminium foil, as well as for sealing openings for blowing in insulation.

The substrate should be load-bearing, dry, clean and free from dust and grease; the tape should be positioned in the centre of the overlap, the release paper should be peeled off gradually and the tape applied without tension, then pressed down firmly (e.g. using a hard roller on OSB boards). ISO-DICHT in yellow is areliableand modern solution for the airtight bonding of vapour barriers, which will simplify installation work and ensure long-lasting protection for the insulation in your project.
